How can I view my bookings?
You can find all your bookings on the My bookings page. Click “My bookings” in the header.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is processed exclusively online via the PayPal payment gateway. Other payment methods such as credit card and Sofort bank transfer are handled through PayPal.
How do I receive my invoice?
After a successful purchase, you will automatically receive your invoice via email to the address provided during checkout.
How do I receive my ticket(s)?
After a successful purchase, your tickets will automatically be emailed to the address in your user account. In addition, you can always find all tickets and invoices online on the My bookings page. Click “My bookings” in the header.
How should I store my ticket and how does entry work?
Please keep your ticket and your account login details safe. For entry, you can use the downloaded PDF or log in to your account and use the digital check-in. The QR code (PDF and/or digital) is single-use and serves as your admission code. Show the code on the PDF or digitally at the entrance.
Can I cancel or return tickets?
Tickets are generally excluded from exchanges, cancellations, and returns. There is no entitlement to a refund unless the organizer offers one as a gesture of goodwill.
What happens if an event is canceled?
The organizer may cancel an event. In this case, you will automatically receive a refund and a notification by email. Refunds are issued via the same method you used for payment.

The organizer named on your ticket is responsible for your booking, questions, and any goodwill solutions. Our platform merely facilitates the booking process.
